Terms of Membership

1. The service

The Inspired Sage (“we”, “us”), operated by The Sages Investment Group, provides inspirational content, an AI companion, a social network, private journals and related features to members.

2. Membership & billing

• Membership costs $4.99 per person per month, charged to the credit/debit card or bank account you choose.
• Your membership renews automatically every month and payments continue on a monthly basis until you change or cancel them.
• You can change your payment method or cancel at any time from the Membership page. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and access ends the following billing month.
• Bank (ACH) payments may take several business days to clear. If a payment fails, we’ll ask you to update your details; access may pause until payment succeeds.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old (18+ for journals marked for adults). Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. One membership is for one person.

4. Your content

You own what you post, upload or write. You give us a limited licence to host and display content you choose to share, only as needed to run the service. Journals and vision boards are private unless you share an item. Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share.

5. Community conduct

You agree to our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.

6. Quotes, attributions & third-party media

We work hard to attribute quotations accurately and label disputed ones. Videos are embedded from their original platforms and remain the property of their owners. Book quotations link to the original Sage books.

7. Sage AI

Sage AI is an inspirational companion. It is not a licensed therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser and is not an emergency service. In a crisis in the US, call or text 988.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
